SPECIFIC TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE SALE (the “EVENT”)
These Specific Terms & Conditions of the EVENT shall apply to the offer and sale by Jashanmal to you in connection with the EVENT and by making a purchase of any item/ product listed under the EVENT, you warrant that you have read and agree to abide by these Specific Terms & Conditions of the EVENT, along with our Website Terms of Use and Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale on our Website.
PLEASE BE INFORMED, these Specific Terms & Conditions of the EVENT are supplemental to our Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale on our Website and in case of any discrepancy between the Specific Terms & Conditions of the EVENT and Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale on our Website, these Specific Terms & Conditions of the EVENT shall prevail to the extent of such discrepancy related to the EVENT, as follows:
Shipping time frames and terms:
Return processing disclaimer
- All items/ products under the EVENT are being sold on an AS IS BASIS. Customers are informed that the items’/ products’ packaging/ boxes may be soiled, torn, broken or damaged but the actual items/ products shall be free from any defect.
- There is strictly a “NO EXCHANGE POLICY” and “NO REFUND POLICY”that shall be followed on the sale of any item/ product listed and sold under the EVENT. The customers cannot seek any exchange or refund of any item/ product purchased under the EVENT.
- Exception: Only for items/ products under “CLARKS” and “MAX&CO.” brands, exchange will be permitted in any of our “CLARKS” and “MAX&CO.” stores, within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt excluding Clarks with discount of 80% and above which cannot be refunded or exchanged. However, even in this case - Online exchange shall not be permitted.
- Refunds are not allowed in any case whatsoever.
Delivery Charges:
- All purchases above Dhs499/KD49/BHD49 are eligible for free delivery of the orders.
- All purchases below Dhs499/KD49/BHD49 will have a flat shipping charge of Dhs20/KD2/BHD2, that will be charged/ included at the time you complete your payment transaction to the total bill.
- All Major Domestic Appliances purchased under the EVENT will have a flat fee of Dhs.100/KD10/BHD10 for delivery and installation.
Warranties
- All home appliances (both small and large appliances) will carry a one-year manufacturer’s warranty against any manufacturing defect.
Item/ Product descriptions:
- We have taken utmost care and endeavoured to ensure error free uploading of items/ products and their descriptions. However, we do not warrant that the content of the Website including, without limitation, items’/ products’ descriptions, pricing, photographs etc. under the EVENT, are accurate or complete.
- We reserve the right to revoke any stated offer on our Website and/ or EVENT, and to correct any omission, error, or inaccuracy, before or after an online order has been submitted, whether or not the online order has been confirmed or your payment has been processed, as permitted by law.
Books & Magazines
Terms and Conditions:
- The return of Books and Magazines is not allowed once delivered to the customer unless the title delivered is incorrect or damaged.
- Purchase of magazine is a one-time copy purchase and is not a period subscription.
- The magazines and books are sold as per the censor guidelines set by National Media Council UAE and the seller reserves right to hide or remove any inappropriate content from the magazines.
- The seller reserves right to reject the purchase which may be due to any unforeseeable circumstances

Are descriptions of Products and prices flawless?
We do our best to ensure that the information about Products is accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not guarantee that there will be no errors in the description and/or pricing of the Products, or that Products will always be available if you wish to place an order to purchase them.
Also, the colors you see on your screen may depend on your computer system and settings, so we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors.
We reserve the right to modify the information about Products displayed on our Site, including as regards prices, description, and availability. However, such changes will not affect Orders for which you have already received an Order Receipt email (see below).
How do I make a purchase on this Site?
We describe here all the steps necessary to make a purchase (in legal terms, to conclude a purchase contract) on our Site. The process below will be available in English language for now.
The concluded contract will be provided to you at the end of the process and will also be accessible - but not modifiable - in the future by us.
1st step: you place an Order
To complete a purchase, you first have to place an order for Products. Then, this Order has to be accepted by us.
To place an order you must be 18 years of age or over. To place an order you will have to select the Products on the Site, select your preferred shipping method and if you like, other optional services, and finally click on the “BUY NOW ” button. We will not accept Orders placed in any way other than as detailed above.
2nd step: we confirm receipt of the Order
When you place the order through the Site you will receive an automated email confirming receipt of your Order ("Order Receipt email"). The Order Receipt email contains full details of your Order (such as Order No., information on Products, prices, your shipping address, delivery costs and other). Please note the Order Receipt email is NOT already an acceptance of your Order.
3rd step: upfront payment through Debit / Credit Card

4th step: we confirm that Products have been shipped - the contract concluded!
When your order is accepted by us, we send you an email confirming that all, or part, of the Products, have been shipped ("Shipping Confirmation email").
Once you receive the Shipping Confirmation email, your Order has been finally accepted by us and the purchase contract between you and us is concluded in relation to the Products actually shipped. Such a contract is composed of your Order; our Order Receipt and Shipping Confirmation emails; the then-current Terms of Sale. No other terms and conditions shall apply.
The Shipping Confirmation email will contain an unmodifiable copy of the version of the Terms of Sale applicable at the time the purchase contract is concluded, for your future reference.
When Orders are not accepted
While we do our best to always accept Orders, we could, however, refuse an Order in certain cases, for example, if:
1.you provide us with incomplete, incorrect or fraudulent information regarding your identity, age, payment details, billing information, shipping address;
2.we discover that there was an error on our Site relating to the Products you ordered, for example as regards the price or description displayed;
3.the Products you ordered are unfortunately out of stock or no longer available;
If we cannot accept your Order we will contact you by email as soon as possible but in any case no later than 30 days from the date of your order. I want to exchange a Product purchased here. What do I have to do?
We hope you are delighted with your purchase from https://bh.jashanmal.com however, in case you don’t like the product, we can offer you an exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase (delivery), provided the product is returned in its original packaging and accompanied with the original receipt as proof of purchase. Strictly no refund. In such cases, the delivery charges will have to be paid by the customer.
Please refer to the Warranty Terms in order to raise any product, material or manufacturing-related issues, different Brands and products have individual warranty terms and policies.

Respective Bank may apply currency conversation rate which could be different than us. Jashanmal is not responsible or liable to pay any difference between the foreign currency price shown on the site to customers and the currency exchange rate used by respective banks addition to the exchange rate fees.
